Timothy Edward Skillman, 67, of Farmland, IN, passed peacefully after a long battle with polycystic kidney disease, surrounded by and at the home of dear friends. He was born on September 27, 1956, a son of the late Shirley Joan (Peden) Thomas and Ralph Edward Skillman. Tim was a 1976 graduate of Muncie Southside High School and formerly worked on the loading docks for Coca Cola and Muncie Scrap and Bailing. He was a member of Voice for Christ in Winchester, IN, loved building model cars, fishing and working on all types of bicycles. Tim is survived by 1 sister; Deborah Moles, 3 brothers; Charles Thomas Jr., Melvin Johnson (Londa), Jim Johnson, 1 niece; Amie Moles (David), 1 nephew; Jerry Moles (Heidi), and his special puppy Speedy. He was preceded in death by his parents, 1 sister; Sheila Moles and 1 nephew; Larry Moles. A celebration of life service will be held on Saturday, April 20, 2024 at 10 AM at Farmland Friends Church in Farmland, IN, with Pastor Dan Johnson, Melvin Johnson and Jim Johnson officiating. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Polycystic Kidney Disease Foundation (PKD Foundation PO Box 871847 Kansas City, MO 64187). Arrangements have been entrusted to MJS Mortuaries - Farmland Chapel.
