 Teresa Darlene Younce, 72, of Farmland, IN, passed away Sunday, June 25th, 2023 peacefully while in the company of family members at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie, IN. Teresa was born in Muncie, IN, on November 16, 1950, a daughter of the late Janiece E. (Woodard) and Robert T. Clevenger. She was formerly employed as a laborer by Hinshaw Drainage, The Town of Farmland as the city dog catcher, and in private home healthcare. Teresa was the devoted wife of Jack R. Younce who she happily married on November 17, 1970. She is a member of the Ridgeville American Legion Ladies Auxiliary, enjoyed fishing, camping, playing BINGO, Aggravation, cooking, collecting coins, listening to music, watching 90 Day Fiancé', Naked and Afraid, Western's, and rides around town on the golf cart. Teresa will forever be remembered as the spunky, straight shooting, animal loving, compassionate woman with a heart of gold, who always put others before herself and loved her family dearly. She is survived by her husband Jack R. Younce, 1 son; Chris M. Younce (Merry), 1 daughter; Tina D. Younce, 4 brothers; Steve Clevenger (Ann), Mike Clevenger (Kathy), Dennis Clevenger (Pam), Bruce Clevenger, 1 sister; Lana Staver (Roger), 7 grandchildren; Tre Burton, Chandler Burton, Kelsie Burton (Kollin Warren), Dustin Younce (Ski Ferree), Hunter Younce (Kianna), Emily Ogle, Cody Terhaar, 2 great grandchildren; Aiden Burton, Isabella Ferree, and several nieces and nephews. Teresa is preceded in death by her parents, and 1 sister; Rhonda Clevenger. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 5th, 2023 from 11-1 at MJS Mortuaries - Farmland Chapel. Funeral services will follow at 1 PM with Pastor Debi Howell officiating. Burial will be held in Woodlawn Cemetery in Farmland, IN. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the family in care of the funeral home to help with final expenses. Arrangements have been entrusted to MJS Mortuaries - Farmland Chapel.
