 Sandra Sue King, 88, of  Farmland, IN, passed away Wednesday, June 7th, 2023 peacefully while in the company of family members at Parker Health Care & Rehabilitation Center in Parker City, IN. Sandra was born in Randolph County on April 27, 1935 a daughter of the late Mary Helen (Retter) and Donald E. McIntyre. She was a 1953 graduate of Farmland High School and a dedicated wife to her late husband Jerry Alton King who she happily married on June 10, 1956 and sadly lost on February 6, 1997. Sandra was a member of the Farmland Congregational Christian Church, many local clubs and community projects but above all else was her love for family. She is survived by 3 daughters; Jami Dawn (King) Thomas (Keith), Dawn LeAn (King) Zamborsky (Scott), Sonia LeAn King (Colleen), 6 grandchildren; Hilarie Dawn (Thomas) Muhlenkamp (Clint), Haylie Andraia (Thomas) Bennington (Michael), Trey Andrew Thomas (Jen), Logan Scott Thomas (Jordan), Matt Christopher Zamborsky (Brittany), Kristen Elise (Zamborsky) O'Brien (Sean), 6 great grandchildren; Arlo Mae Thomas, Dain Andrew Thomas, Bexley Rae Bennington, Asher Keith Thomas, Emma Christine Zamborsky, and Connor Edward O'Brien. Sandra was preceded in death by her parents Mary and Don McIntyre, husband Jerry King and 1 sister; Judith Lee (McIntyre) Owens. In honoring Sandra's wishes there will be no formal funeral services. Private burial will be held at a later date in Woodlawn Cemetery in Farmland, IN. Arrangements have been entrusted to MJS Mortuaries - Farmland Chapel.
